Vacancy available: we are hiring a car painter in Wythe County, Virginia. You will be based at an accident repair centre. Requirements: • Able to read and match factory paint codes • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing The role involves bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint; set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish; strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Pay around $3,100 per month, based on your experience. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
