Surface coating operator wanted in Beaver County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Beaver County, Pennsylvania. Day-to-day duties: • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat You should have: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
