Tailor machinist — Nacogdoches County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a tailor machinist in Nacogdoches County, Texas. You will be based on a ready-made garment production line. On the job you will handle: • Press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges • Attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet • Sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required • Trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go • Set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers • Change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation What we are looking for: • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines $2,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
