You should have: • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns The role involves wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint.
