Commercial refrigeration engineer — Providence County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a commercial refrigeration engineer in Providence County, Rhode Island. The job is on a customer's rooftop chiller plant. You should have: • ITI or diploma in refrigeration / RAC trade • Own a set of hand tools and a gauge manifold • Physically fit to lift compressors and carry ladders You will measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter; fault-find control boards and defrost timers; install and commission cold rooms, walk-in freezers and display cabinets; charge systems with refrigerant (R134a, R410a, R404a) to the correct weight; service split AC units and VRF systems; clean condenser and evaporator coils. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
