CNC mill setter-operator • Charlotte County, Florida

Vacancy available: we are hiring a CNC mill setter-operator in Charlotte County, Florida. You will be based in a CNC machining unit. The role involves carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance; deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery; read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence; select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors; apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square. Ideal candidate: • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade • Able to grind and set HSS cutters Overtime paid at a premium rate.
