Escalator technician — Orleans County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an escalator technician in Orleans County, Vermont. Day to day you will run load and overload tests with test weights; carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes; adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy; fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork. What we are looking for: • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota 5+ years on the tools preferred. $3,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
