Immediate opening: formwork joiner (Florida)

Now hiring: we are hiring a formwork joiner in Leon County, Florida. What we are looking for: • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts The role involves: • Watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement • Box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters • Check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line $5,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
