Urgent requirement: we are hiring a wheel loader operator in Mercer County, Ohio. You will work at a plant hire yard. Ideal candidate: • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings • Understanding of safe digging near underground services The role involves work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals; read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles; load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket; check for underground cables and services before digging; stockpile and spread material to the required levels; grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift.
