The role involves punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components; set up and change stamping dies and tooling; record output and downtime on the production sheet; clear scrap and offcuts from the die area. Requirements: • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses 4+ years on the tools preferred.
