Rigger — White Pine County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a rigger in White Pine County, Nevada. You will be based at a power plant. You will carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle; read lift plans and method statements before starting; calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift; fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads; direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio. You should have: • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
