Horizontal milling machine operator — Madison County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a horizontal milling machine operator in Madison County, New York. On the job you will handle: • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production You should have: • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces 2+ years on the tools preferred.
