Electrostatic spray painter — Irele

Immediate opening: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Irele, Ondo State. You should have: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Day-to-day duties: • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow We offer ₦165,000 per month plus benefits.
