Laundry presser — Butte County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a laundry presser in Butte County, South Dakota. You will be based at a dry cleaner's. You will press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching; clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents; use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics; meet the daily piece target without damaging garments; shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board; give each garment a final press before packing. You should have: • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
