Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Wetzel County, West Virginia. Requirements: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts The role involves: • Clear and reset tables between covers • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
