Immediate opening: steward (Utah)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a steward in Summit County, Utah. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. Your main tasks: • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method What we are looking for: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Punctual, reliable and hard-working Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
