Immediate opening: we are hiring a painter in Alameda County, California. You will work in a factory paint shop. Requirements: • Able to mix and colour-match paints accurately • Physically fit for standing, bending and reaching all day The role involves cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames; sand and fill walls before applying primer; mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting; apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls; lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture; hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams.
