Cnc turner wanted in Cheshire County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a cnc turner in Cheshire County, New Hampshire. You will be based at a busy machine shop. On a typical shift you will set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54); load and index turning tools in the turret; watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes; change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear; measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers. Ideal candidate: • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection Part-time with flexible hours.
