Powder coating technician — Marion County

Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Marion County, Mississippi. You will work in a metal finishing workshop. The role involves check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat. What we are looking for: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Full-time, day shift.
