Furniture maker — Wayne County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a furniture maker in Wayne County, Tennessee. The job is on a busy construction site. You will plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish; apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board; measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge; check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level; lay laminate, engineered and solid wood flooring; finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain. What we are looking for: • Good eye for detail and a clean finish • Own basic hand tools • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers Full-time, day shift.
