Join our team: we are hiring an oven operator in Macon County, Georgia. Day to day you will weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Food handler / hygiene certificate At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. We offer $3,900 per month plus benefits.
