Power float operator — Mokwa

Immediate opening: we are hiring a power float operator in Mokwa, Niger State. Day-to-day duties: • Float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish • Carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab • Screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls • Strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength • Lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade • Set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins Ideal candidate: • 2+ years on RCC and concreting works • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
