Requirements: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium On the job you will handle: • Control distortion with a balanced welding sequence • Change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch • Read fabrication drawings and weld symbols • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
