Industrial sewing operator — Ajingi

Join our team: we are hiring an industrial sewing operator in Ajingi, Kano State. On a typical shift you will stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance; attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet; press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges; match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching. Requirements: • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
