Bricklayer wanted in Delta County

Now hiring: we are hiring a bricklayer in Delta County, Colorado. You will be based at a renovation and extension job. The role involves building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation; pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints; raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish; setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge. What we are looking for: • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage • Sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish) • CSCS card or willingness to obtain one We offer $31 per hour plus benefits.
