Oven operator — Lamar County

Now hiring: we are hiring an oven operator in Lamar County, Mississippi. You will work at a busy bakery. Your main tasks: • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter What we are looking for: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Food handler / hygiene certificate Full-time, day shift.
