Cook — Madison County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a cook in Madison County, Georgia. The job is in a catering banquet kitchen. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Day to day you will prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces.
