Immediate opening: we are hiring a press machine operator in Marion County, Indiana. You will operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses; clear scrap and offcuts from the die area; check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges; deburr and stack finished components for the next operation; adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings; carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor. Requirements: • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
