Requirements: • 2+ years' hands-on roofing experience • A driving licence is an advantage for site travel • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems The role involves bed and point ridge tiles with mortar; nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses; carry out leak inspections and patch repairs; solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets; seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing.
