Great opportunity: bricklayer (Kano State)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bricklayer in Rimin Gado, Kano State. You will be based at a residential building site. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish) • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently Day to day you will spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel; checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod; buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge; forming arches, piers and reveals around openings. At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. ₦155,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
