Rebar installer — Floyd County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a rebar installer in Floyd County, Iowa. On the job you will handle: • Fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings • Set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift • Install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat • Cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder • Bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine • Place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level 4+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
