Vacancy available: kitchen steward (Kentucky)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Bullitt County, Kentucky. Your main tasks: • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles What we are looking for: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. We offer $5,400 per month plus benefits. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
