Machine operator (earthworks) • Hempstead County, Arkansas

Join our team: we are hiring a machine operator (earthworks) in Hempstead County, Arkansas. You will be based in a demolition and site-clearance yard. Day to day you will lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains; load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage; dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels; backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers; inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up; track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport. What we are looking for: • Valid CPCS/NPORS card or local heavy-equipment licence • Comfortable with GPS or laser machine control Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer $15 per hour plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
