Tower crane operator — Wallowa County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a tower crane operator in Wallowa County, Oregon. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging • Understanding of hand and radio signals • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) The role involves park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift; work out the load weight and the lifting radius; hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control; follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger; help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone. 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $2,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
