You should have: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Your main tasks: • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
