Coating plant operator — Hoke County

Join our team: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Hoke County, North Carolina. You will reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Full-time, day shift.
