We are recruiting: plant operator (Arkansas)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a plant operator in Searcy County, Arkansas. The job is at a road and highway construction project. Day-to-day duties: • Dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds • Keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly • Work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter • Lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains • Strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse • Excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs What we are looking for: • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs 3+ years on the tools preferred.
