Dough maker — Langlade County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dough maker in Langlade County, Wisconsin. On a typical shift you will boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Basic cake decorating and piping skills $4,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
