Fine-dining server — White County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fine-dining server in White County, Tennessee. The job is in a café. Requirements: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change On the job you will handle: • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu 3+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
