Great opportunity: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Buffalo County, Wisconsin. Day-to-day duties: • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight Requirements: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Basic cake decorating and piping skills At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
