Confectioner — Knox County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a confectioner in Knox County, Indiana. You will be based at a busy bakery. Requirements: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Accurate at weighing and following recipes On the job you will handle: • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Score the top of loaves before baking • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
