Gardener — Dandume

Great opportunity: we are hiring a gardener in Dandume, Katsina State. The job is at a plant nursery. You should have: • Physically fit for bending, lifting and long hours outdoors • Previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage The role involves weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe; water beds and lawns and set up drip irrigation lines; cut back tree branches and clear overhanging limbs; spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease; dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds; lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn.
