Access scaffolder • Jefferson County, Illinois

Immediate opening: we are hiring an access scaffolder in Jefferson County, Illinois. You will work on a residential housing development. Day to day you will hoist tubes, boards and fittings up by gin wheel and rope; lay scaffold boards and secure them with board retaining clips; fit guardrails, mid-rails and toe boards to every working platform; tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner; read scaffold drawings and work to the agreed loading class. Requirements: • Good head for heights and comfortable on open platforms • Working-at-height / PASMA training an advantage • Able to read basic scaffold drawings Pay around $160 per day, based on your experience.
