Bread baker — Onitsha North

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread baker in Onitsha North, Anambra State. The job is at a café with an on-site bakery. The role involves: • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel Ideal candidate: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Food handler / hygiene certificate Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. ₦250,000 per project, negotiable for the right hands.
