Core maker — Putnam County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a core maker in Putnam County, Tennessee. You should have: • Experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal The role involves operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant; cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch; shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale; mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
