Powder coating technician — Santa Fe County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Santa Fe County, New Mexico. The job is at a powder coating unit. On a typical shift you will run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness. Ideal candidate: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
