Join our team: we are hiring a pastry baker in Abeokuta North, Ogun State. You will work at a café with an on-site bakery. On a typical shift you will boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Full-time, day shift.
