Ideal candidate: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred You will hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass.
