The role involves: • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch What we are looking for: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Rotating shifts.
