Reinforcement fitter — Jackson County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a reinforcement fitter in Jackson County, Wisconsin. Requirements: • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire Day-to-day duties: • Keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust • Fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings • Lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman • Tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers • Read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules Meals and transport allowance provided.
